		<description>I did not set out to work the system, but after paying $2700 month for 3 years for a 300,000 home in Chicago, my wife and I got fed up and decided to walk away.  I found a new (foreclosued) home, paid cash and am now on the road to being mortgage free.  

I must admit the home needs work, but in the time it takes my lender to evict me, I can save $40,000 towards repairs.  In about a year, my wife and I will have an annual savings of $40,000 cash.  And that&#039;s not to mention our 401K.  Life is good!</description>

Seriously though, finally someone shows what the numbers might look like.....just like those endless IRA/401K 8-12% return rate charts.</description>
