Hello everyone. I have clients looking for a duplex/triplex in Berkeley. They would prefer to have a 3 bed 1 bath for one unit and a 1 bedrooom 1 bath for the second would be fine. Could be a house with a back cottage. Price point is $650,000 and below. Let me know if you know of anything. Thanks!
